Questions at the counter
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Every diamond above 0.30ct comes with a GIA grading report for its cut, colour, clarity and carat weight.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes. Bring an idea, photo or sketch and our goldsmith shows you a 3D preview before anything is made. Most pieces take 3 to 6 weeks; book bridal pieces 2 months ahead.
Which gold do you use?
22K (916) for heritage pieces, 18K (750) for diamond-set and contemporary pieces, and 14K (585) for lighter everyday pieces. Each piece is hallmarked.
What if the ring does not fit?
Ring sizing at the boutique is free. If you do not know the size, we measure it at the counter in a minute.
Do you clean and service jewellery?
Every Gemara piece gets complimentary cleaning for life. Bring it to Lot G-12 any day between 10am and 10pm.
